An ex-military boxer with PTSD seeks redemption in a local charity match to save his estranged father's gym.

Tobias (Jacob Turner) wasn’t always the way he is, sliding into a self-imposed silence after the trauma he went through serving in the army and family troubles growing up. Tobias’ only solace is in the boxing gym run by his estranged and alcoholic father. When the gym is threatened with closure, Tobias must face his fears and seek to reconcile with this father.

”Canvas” had its world premiere at the Gold Coast Film Festival. It has been selected for the Wales International Film Festival, won best picture at Melbourne CINEVERSE Film Festival, and best Australian feature film at the Sanctuary Film Festival.
